Dear Guest, Please note the following terms and condition:

1. Room rate are inclusive of 21% tax and service charge.
2. Cash Guest Deposit can only be collected at check-out and can only be requested by registered Guest(s) No Exception.
3. Check-In time start at 2pm and check-out time us 12 noon
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited on all non-smoking floors. A Penalty of Rp1.000.000 will be charged to your room folio if any evidence of smoking is found.
5. Pets and Durians are also strictly not allowes in the room.
6. You agree to forfeit your deposit is smoking in non-smoking room, hotel will hold back deposit until at a later time.
7. Hotel is guaranteed for a noise-free from Hotel's activities in your room, otherwise, Hotel will inform guest in advance.
8. Hotel cannot be sued legally for accidents/injury caused by guest's neg ligence. The hotel will procide assistance in accordance with the SOP in force at the hotel.
9. I agree to receive short messages, phone calls, electronic mail and the like from PT. MGM and/or its affiliates regarding my stay experience, including offers of other benefits. 10. If any property inside the hotel room is damaged (cracked/broken) or lost, such damage or loss will be the responsibility of the guest.
11. My signatures is an authorization for the hotel to use a non-cash method for the payment of my account.
12. Regardless of charge instruction, i hereby acknowledge to be personally responsible for the payment of account.
